Team workshop for founder and leadership teams

In a team workshop you clarify who takes on which role and who decides what. The basis is the CORE profile of every person involved. There are three formats, from 4 hours to 2 days.

When a workshop makes sense

A workshop pays off when a team has to clarify roles and responsibilities and talking it through alone no longer works: for example with co-leads or in a leadership group where decisions get stuck. The topic is not types. The topic is roles and who makes which decision.

Team analysis without a workshop

You want the profiles and the evaluation, but no workshop date? Then the team analysis is the right format. Every person on the team completes the CORE assessment online. We evaluate the profiles and go through the result with you in a debrief call.

Process

  1. Kick-off call

We clarify the occasion, team size and goal. For the compact format and the workshop day it takes 30 minutes (remote).

  2. Individual profiles

Each person completes the CORE assessment online. It takes about 30 minutes.

  3. Workshop

The team works with the profiles on roles and decision paths.

  4. Follow-up call

Together we look at what has held up in daily work. For the workshop day it takes place about 4 weeks after the workshop and lasts 60 minutes. The intensive format has two follow-up calls.

Outcome

You end up with something in writing. Always a team profile. Depending on the format it comes with an action list or a written role and decision agreement, and the intensive format adds a 90-day plan.

Who leads it

Joram Höfs or an experienced coach, mentor or facilitator from our network, matched to your team. We settle who will be in the room in the kick-off call, before you receive the quote. You talk to people, not to an automated system.

Price on request

Every quote is individual. The price depends on team size, format and scope. You get a reply within one business day and the quote within 2 business days. If you need documents for internal approval, you will find them on the page Documents for assistants and procurement.

Frequently asked questions

What does a team workshop cost?
It depends on team size, format and scope, so we do not publish a fixed price. After your request you get a reply within one business day and a quote within 2 business days.
How does a team workshop work?
Kick-off call, individual profiles, workshop, follow-up call. For the workshop day the kick-off call takes 30 minutes, each person completes the CORE assessment online (about 30 minutes), the workshop is one day on site or 2 × 3 hours remote, and the follow-up call takes place after about 4 weeks and lasts 60 minutes.
How long does it take in total?
The compact half day takes about 3 weeks, the workshop day 4 to 6 weeks and the intensive format 6 to 8 weeks, each from the kick-off call to completion. The lead time before the workshop is 2, about 3 and 4 weeks respectively.
What do we have in hand afterwards?
At least a team profile. The compact format adds an action list, the workshop day a written role and decision agreement, the intensive format also a 90-day plan.
How is this different from a DISC workshop?
We do not compare which method is better. The difference is the subject: a workshop with CORE Navigator ends in a written role and decision agreement for your team. How a DISC workshop runs and what it delivers is described by the respective provider.
How do I request it?
Through the contact form at Request a workshop. Give us team size and timeframe and we reply within one business day.
