Why CORE Navigator exists

I'm Joram Hoefs, and I built CORE Navigator. At my digital agency with 40 people, I was the one who jumped in whenever something was on fire. Every time, the team learned a little more that it all lands on my desk in the end anyway. I didn't know what to hand off because I didn't know which work was actually mine. My own CORE type: Constructor, then Rainmaker. That's why the profile doesn't end with a type. It ends with one step you take this week.

Who is this made for?
Owners and managing directors in the DACH region with a team (roughly 5 to 50 people) who built their company, still work in it and carry too much of it. Agency, consultancy, IT service firm or something else: what counts is your role in the company, not the industry.
What does it cost?

Is the Next Hire profile a way to compare applicants?
No. It comes from your own answers and describes which way of working your team needs added next. It does not rate applicants. Who you bring in is your call.
Does my team have to take part?
No. It is about you and your seat in the company. Your team does not have to take a test. You talk through what you take away with your people in whatever way suits you.
What happens when I join the waitlist?
